Description
When a new ticket is created or an existing ticket is updated, the appropriate user whoever the ticket is assigned to, should be notified by email immediately.
Currently, there is no way the user knows that a ticket has been submitted on his name, unless he logs in and checks frequently.
If this feature is already there, then kindly forgive me. I could not see this feature. We are using Trac for our product development and is hosted by Cvsdude currently for us.
Thanks

OK...Looks like it's already been there as part of the configuration file. So I need to talk to the company who is hosting Trac for us.
