Since the recent CSS change, fonts are too small on windows.

* dln is planning to review the font sizes on windows before 0.7
<sabi> however, some font sizes are way too big i've founde
<dln> i haven't been testing on windows for some weeks now
<sabi> please check versus 0.6 and make sure that things use the same or less space.
<sabi> IE runs quite nicely in wine :)

The font size is also way too small on Safari, at least for me. Safari font preferences are all set to default.

I adjusted the font sizes to something more sensible.
