links to attachments inside wiki

It would be nice to link attachment in wiki pages in the form [attachment:1 bla] instead of writing the whole url in the wiki source.

Oops, I meant TracLinks

Note: I had to write [wiki:TracLinks#attachment:links]
because ":" is not recognized as part of the fragment...
That's a bug.
