Description

I was wondering if a feature could be implemented in the source code browser, that would enable to tell for any line of code who is responsible for it. responsibility could be determined by find out who committed the last changeset that changed that line of code.

this would make it quite useful, if one sees errors in the source, and wants to create & assign a ticket about them, to know right away whom to blame for that error.
