Add tar, tar.gz, and tar.bz2 formats in addition to zip for changesets...

Description

As a primarily linux developer, it would be much more useful to be able to grab variously compressed tarballs of particular revisions rather than just zip'ed archives.

I will hopefully hack around on the source long enough to implement this myself if no one else does soon.
