initial v1 1 Summariz e various points mentioned in this ticket.1 Summarizing various points mentioned in this ticket: 2 2 3 3 My initial aim was to make `owner` a protected field that is modified by the workflow and not directly modified by the user. That would make `owner` behave like `status` and `resolution`. Another aim was to put tickets in the assigned state when an owner is assigned. These changes can't be done while preserving the existing behavior, so I've deferred that aim for now.
