![[PageOutline]] macro does not escape Wiki syntax

Description
Following the change introduced in [1838], where header titles start supporting Wiki syntax, a change is required in [[PageOutline]] macro, so that escaped header titles, such as == WikiSyntax == are displayed properly within the page outline division, i.e. without the 'bang' character !
