Description

Page titles should better reflect current context, such as current wiki page, bug ticket or browser uri.

Example:

Ticket: Trac - Ticket #42
Wiki Page: Trac - WikiStart
Browser: Trac - /trunk/htdocs/wiki.png
Browser (long): Trac - /trunk/.../baz/foobar.txt (truncate dir-parts except first and last)

  • Resolution set to fixed

Should be fixed in [111].

comment:2 Changed 8 years ago by daniel

  • Resolution fixed deleted
  • Status changed from closed to reopened

I'm reopening this little one, because it can be better still. Truncated titles need to still be informative.

My proposed title-theme:

Example:

  • Wiki: Trac | ThePage? (wiki)
  • Ticket: Trac | #42 (ticket)
  • Changeset: Trac | [42] (changeset)
  • . . . and so on. The theme being the active module

comment:3 Changed 8 years ago by daniel

  • Owner changed from jonas to daniel
  • Status changed from reopened to assigned

comment:4 Changed 8 years ago by daniel

  • Resolution set to fixed
  • Status changed from assigned to closed

Re-fixed in [231].
