Description

  • I project have an owner and should be notified upon new tickets or tickets modification.
  • htaccess users are not usually in the email format, I wanted to try placing my email everywhere (reporter/assigned/cc) to get notified, but then whenever I use the magic variable $USER, tickets won't be mine, plus grouping tickets per owner would show the one with me email and the one without my email separately

what is the solution for that.

I'm pretty sure this is covered by #866, which has been fixed in trunk.
