Ticket searches don't interpret [[BR]]

Description
When searching for tickets, the returned descriptions doesn't apply any WikiFormatting. I'm not surprised that it doesn't do that for regular WikiFormatting, but it's annoying that it ignores [[BR]]s as well. It would be nice if the search results would interpret [[BR]] tags as well as ![[BR]] tags (i.e. just show that as [[BR]])

Probably a wiki to text transformation would be useful here.
Should this be the main ticket for wiki to text in that case? There are a few tickets that require this but I haven't found a ticket for that yet.
