Per-user Interesting flag

For each ticket, there should be a checkbox, "Interesting"

The state of each such checkbox should be associated with the current user's session

It should be possible to make a query that shows all tickets that are "interesting to me"

And also whenever such a ticket is changed, i should get an email.

That's just the existing CC field with a different UI, or am I missing something?

Admittedly the current UI for the CC feature isn't that great, but adding another field with pretty much the exact same purpose on top isn't solving anything.
