Changelog is too verbose

In the changelog, it's not very interesting to see all this "milestone changed from X to Y", "priority changed from A to B".

There should be a new setting, 'display only comments in history'. If that is enabled, the changelog shows only comments, not the attribute changes. A button should be added to display the full change log.

I think that information is actually very interesting (or rather, important).

And even if you don't find it interesting, it doesn't usually add so much "clutter" to warrant extra complexity in the UI to hide or show them — complexity that affects both the implementation and the user experience.
