    1 I think that behavior is by design. The tracd.exe and trac-admin.exe are launcher with zip archive when it is installed via wheel. The console script is embedded in the `__main__.py` in the zip archive. Python interpreter allows to execute a zip archive. Therefore, *-script.py is no longer needed.
