Database schema changes for Trac 0.7

Description

Several changes scheduled for Trac 0.6 will require changes to the database schema.
This ticket will be used to track those changes.

When 0.6 is released it should be able to automatically upgrade an existing database to the new version. This might not be true during the development phase though.

  • All text should be converted to utf-8.
  • A keyword field should be added to ticket.
