navigating to milestone name with '+' in it fails

Description

I created a milestone with the name "0.90+".

I can targets tickets to this milestone and so on. However I cannot browse to it using http://foo/milestone/0.90+.

The error I get is: 

 Milestone 0.90 does not exist.
