Description

In tickets like #5475, many changes has been done, so the ticket gets very, very long. So it would be nice, if there is a possibility to filter (hide) these ticket changes temporarly.

Maybe this could be done by a small box, where you check a few things, like this:

Show in ticket history:
[x] ticket changes
[x] attachments added
[x] comments

Attachments (0)

Change History (4)

These sections are already collapsible. Try clicking on the "Attachments", "Change History" and "Modify Ticket" headings.

Worksforme?

I mean the section "Change History" only. Like in #5475, Change History there are also listed entries when somebody attached something or when somebody changed the ticket. Since in my company tickets may be changed quite often (esp. Description, Milestone and some other custom fields) it gets quite confusing and overloaded.

A different solution would be to separate comments, so you have another section called "Comments". But I would prefer above described solution.

I just saw, that there is sometimes a checkbox next to the "Change history" header, called "Threaded Comments". There would be the proposed setting box be in my description above.

This has actually already been requested in #7934, and is related to #3360.
