Bugfixes and minor enhancements.
Warning to plugin authors: HTML escaping is now performed automatically on strings given to the template engine
From now on, the template engine code will automatically HTML escape all the strings placed in the HDF. Any HDF content that should not be escaped has to be wrapped by an instance of the new
trac.util.Markupclass.
Plugins have to be upgraded accordingly, otherwise double escaping will probably occur.
